What are PODS
PODS stands for many things. Point Of Direct Support. People Overcoming Difficulties Simultaneously. They are inspired in part by the friendship circles 'Moai' of Okinawa, one of the world's blue zones famed for the longevity of it's people. These social groups provide self sustaining support, mutual accountability and a deep listening space to deepen connections, heal and allow all of our potential to shine through.
Who are PODS suitable for?
PODS work fantastically well for any group of people with a common aim or interests. Think Parent PODS, Artist's PODS, Young People's PODS, Entrepreneur PODS, Elder's PODS, Community Leaders PODS, Friend PODS.
Wherever mutual support would enable each member to be stronger together, that's the place for a POD. We don't all have the benefit of super supportive, well functioning family networks, but PODS enables you to build your own network of interdependance.
PODS also form generically. If you don't have a specific group that you feel aligned with then join one of our Community PODS. The incedible benefits of being in a long term, self sustaining supportive group of people of all ages and different stages of life and varied interests is an phenomenally poweful thing.
